Default Idle Noise

Seems to be coming from the serpentine belt area .. Only when cold and then disappears

Hard to tell for sure but since it's in the front I would suspect the alternator pulley.

Most likely what Windjammer says. Watch this video for proper diagnosis and replacement. Metalnerd sells the tool that removes the pulley.

Did a second listen using a plastic pipe to listen to the 'noise' seems to be coming not from the belt area but at the bottom toward the right behind a black pan .. see here

I listened to your video. The noise sounds like a bad DMF to me.
