I think the cheapest mod in relation to the obtained effects. Probably fits p&p to all engines with straight exhaust channels (such BXE, BMM or ARL). From what I know it is also possible to mount the engine with diagonal channels such as. BKD, BMN.

Nice results. This is maximum for stock PD105 injectors? Is ~200HP range achievable with PD130 or PD150 injectors and hybrid GT1646v?

180-190 yes with stock injectors, the tuner did not do that because I asked him. 200HP+ with upgraded injectors. Overall this mod was not so expensive

It is audible, but I get used to it. More silent is G60, it would be cheaper and handle this mod.

Do you maybe know what is max safe boost pressure for stock GT1646V? Have you ever done remap with GT1646V?

I don't, this hybrid is on different turbo core. Ask tuners.

Do you still run this tune? Are stock gearbox and axles strong enough for such torque?

Hi, I had to change this car for Toyota Auris 1.6 :-( (both are company cars). Till I had changed the car everything was fine, maybe because I am gentle driver!

Besides, if anyone is interested I am selling a brand new rebuilded hybrid turbo (it is for BXE engine but can be for any for 8V TDI engines, check my car dyno sheet, first post) for bargain price 350$ + shipping. Other hybrids are also available!!!

PS The dyno test was made as turned out on leaking exhaust manifold!!! Now the VNT is also readjusted, so spooling is great!!! Big potential, anyone interested to test?
