replace high beam bulb!!!!!!!

Holy crap so is there any trick to replacing the driver side high beam light bulb on 2014 jetta tdi? Swung by AZ come out no problem going in?? man what a hassle. Hood slam, cold big hands trying to maneuver this SOB in between fuse block and head lamp assembly. Cannot for the life of me get it to 'hook up' when trying to screw it in clockwise. May have to just remove the whole light assembly to see what I'm looking at, unless there is some magic tip from the board =]

Make sure the seal from old bulb didn't stick to housing. Had that happen to me once. Took me 1/2 hour to figure out why bulb wouldn't lock in.

I just took off the wheel and side skirt much easier. Now I know what it looks like back there next time should be a breeze.
