We are having problems with the dealer trying to get our sunshade to operate properly. The sunshade works fine for a while but will eventually jam up on the track. This causes the front part of the sunshade to break and throw it off the track. The dealer thinks the issue is the spring assembly that coils the sunshade. It will get out of sync and cause the sunshade to jam on the track during operation. The dealer claims VW has a new shade assembly that fixes the problem. Anyone know of a new part number for the entire sunshade assembly? Anyone have the same issue?
