Fellow techs will get a good chuckle from this...

I have a 99 Hyundai Accent in the shop with the check engine light on... We took it on trade the other day.. I scan it and come up with a laundry list of codes... One of them was P0310.... Cylinder 10 misfire... That's right, TEN... I wasn't aware of any Hyundai V10, especially in an Accent....

Damn decimal point errors

Perhaps your scan tool misunderstood the Hyundai because of the Accent...

when I was in Korea, talking with a Korean, they would express things positive or negitive by saying something that is good is #1 and something that is bad is # 10.

So................translating to Korean broken engrish: P0310=Cylinder numba 10. Or literally cylinder is bad.
