Hello all,
I have a 2006 Jetta Tdi brm, with 280k miles on it. I am having an issue of the air hose popping off at the outlet side of the air cooler when load is added to the engine, around 2500 rpm. I have checked timing, replaced the air filter, deleted the egr with tune, cleaned intake manifold and head, replaced the air cooler and the hose with c clip. in park while revving it sometimes pops off, just before it happens the hose expands a lot.
I have checked the boost actuator and the sensor and they tested fine. the boost pressures are normal.
Any help is appreciated.
