2013 Q7 TDI Engine Knocking/ticking and misfire

was driving on the highway at 130 to 140 Kph when all the sudden the engine started knocking, puled over immediately, did an engine scan, throwing these codes.

Any ideas?

Hoping if false under TDI warranty.

UPDATE low compression in cylinder 2 and metal fragments in oil
