VAG-COM in Spokane, WA

Just looking to see if there is anyone with a VAG-COM in the Spokane area that would be willing to help/rent their unit. I live in Spokane area and commute to Pullman for School and need my car to be in tip top shape. However I seem to be in limp mode and would like a better means of diagnosing the issue rather than throw parts at it. Thanks guys!
