Default Seat Altea BKD - Power loss between 2400-3000 rpm

Hi guys, I'm struggling with a weird problem with my Altea : it has a GTB1756vk fitted , with custom piping and s3 FMIC , tuned 218ps/338Nm,

The problem is that there's a weird power/boost loss between 2400-3000 rpm, regardless of the actual gear.
Turbo spools up fine, then drops boost and then pulls good above 3000rpm till red line. Any suggestions where to look at to get this sorted will be appreciated. I've logged 3rd and 4th gear WOT, and it looks like the ECU is cutting boost, as n75 duty cycle rises. My first guess was that n75map needs a remap? Example logs below
