2002 Golf Momentary Window Down Button Doesn't Work

Why do I always get the weird ones..so auto down works, momentary press up, and auto up. "jog" down doesn't work. What in the world could cause this? I somehow suspect the comfort module or switch type because both driver and passenger jog down do not work.

Any ideas?

Bad switch probably, one of mine was like that too. I doubt very much it's a ccm issue

The switch is purchased as cluster right. Strange. The back windows work fine
