ps. One has to keep in mind the Emissions test stations are primarily Jobs programs - government creating wealth, hence the $56 for seemingly nothing.

Yep, and just like I keep trying to hammer into some VERY stubborn people on this board, this who fiasco has nothing to do with emissions... it has and will always have something to do with the almighty $$$
