2004 jetta 5speed tiptronic transmission overheating

Good Day ladies and gentleman I have a 2004 VW JETTA TDI 5 SPEED TIPTRONIC TRANSMISSION , I Replaced the Selonoids and I still have a little issues when it changes gears it makes a little noise and you can feel it . I am woundering if I can do live data with scan tool to verify temp . of trans. and at what rpm the selonoids are working at. can some one help??????

Back up.... what kind of noise, and what led you to the conclusion you needed to replace the solenoids?

The ATF temp value can be monitored with a scan tool, yes, but I very much doubt this has anything to do with whatever your problem is. The temp sensor goes bad somewhat commonly, and it can cause poor shift quality, but it always sets a DTC, and I would never describe it as being a noise.
