Run On, Flashing Glow Plug Light, Engine Error Workshop Warning

okay, all I did was pull the ground wire off to install my foglights and only the driver's side at that. what have I done?

check that, it is Engine Fault, Workshop...anyone experience this engine run-on before...it does eventually shut off. I have the VCDS and can send someone, anyone? the log file if they want to see it, thanks.

Where did you tap into the fusebox to power the fogs?

The biggest red wire with the nut on it as per instructions. This only just happened yesterday. Fogs have been in for a week and operating normally. The drivers side did not work.
