2004 Jetta, Irregular shifting

I have a 2004 Jetta TDI automatic , It started shifting funny, wouldn't come out of first when first take off,would shift fine once warmed up, I replaced the crank/speed sensor it seemed to do the trick,but now its doing it again, not sure what to do, any ideas?

By the way, the car has 199,000 miles, not sure if the trans fluid has ever been changed.

Sounds like the N92 Solenoid. Pretty common in the 09A Tiptronic.
