I have a 2001 vw jetta tdi automatic tranny, the transmission has been slipping lately, at intersections it goes into neutral and i have to give it a little bit of gas to get it back in drive, when i shift it from reverse to neutral to drive, i can feel it engage into reverse, but when i put it into drive, nothing, until i give it a little bit of gas then it engages. I had it at a transmission place, they check the fluid and it was good. I was thinking LUCAS TRANSMISSION FIX????, to get me threw a few more months or years...any sujestions out there??
