is there a big brake upgrade that will bolt right up to the NMS platform?

(just like the mk4s had using GLI/R32 brakes for the TDIs)

not going for aftermarket...something from other VWs or Audis.

thanks

Honestly, Passat already have massive brake rotor... it stops hard. I have 2015 Passat TDI that stops way better than my 2014 JSW and rotor size difference comparison are very noticeable by the naked eyes.

There are aftermarket kits available, I am looking at getting an 18Z Brembo kit for the GTI. These guys are sort of unique in their approach and have what appear to be great prices.

312 are stock on the Passat, next OEM is 340mm which are Golf R or GTI PP rotors which should be pretty cheap as those GTI/R gofastbois love to upgrade to sometihng massive and stupid and sell thier used ones.

340mm do require 17" wheels.

Good info

Do I need the carriers and calipers or just calipers. And obviously rotors and pads. Are the rears bigger too?
