I have a 2006 Jetta TDI w 65 k miles on it. I'm the second owner and the CEL emissions workshop came on after I started it when it was -8 F. The light stayed on until I had it in a heated shop when it cleared itself. When the light was on I had autozone run a scan which came back with bad glow-plug cylinder 3. I spoke w the previous owner who said every year when it got cold the light would come on and then clear itself when it got warm. Does anyone think it's the actual glow-plug or is it maybe a dirty wiring harness to the plug that get condensation it or ? Thank you very much for any help!!
