Emissions Workshop With CEL

Been searching on here about the Emissions Workshop problem and have come to the following conclusion:

- Probably a bad glow plug

I haven't had the codes checked yet but from what I have read here it could be a clogged EGR valve or bad MAF sensor.

I'm hoping it is a glow plug and I can get the dealer to replace them with the upgraded plugs since I got the "glow plug alert letter" from VAG a couple of months ago.

Any thoughts here...

Ended up being a bad glow plug (#3).

Dealer replaced all glow plugs and reflashed ECM per the current recall.

All good now ... and zero cost to me.
