PPM requirement for 1.9 TDI PD

I was wondering, what kind of diesel the 1.9 TDI PD requires? Where I live the PPM in all diesel is around 150-200 PPM so I was wondering, is the diesel here too dirty for the PD engine? Should I look into adding additives to my tank? Car is a MK4 Jetta.

When these cars were built in 2004 -06, pump diesel was 500 ppm in the US. 150 to 200 is perfectly fine.

I use an inexpensive additive to add lubricity.
