I'm having trouble finding an adapter for my Snap-on diesel compression tester or my friend's MAC tools leakdown tester for my BRM.
This one on Snap-on's website (M3565C) looks close and the threads are also M10x1.0.

I don't work at a shop with a Snap-on or MAC tools currently and I figured I'd get an quicker answer on this site anyways.
