Need Camshaft

Hi guys-
where are you purchasing camshafts (2000 Bettle tdi)--checked the usual online guys and didn't find any listed. thanks for the help.
(another tb diaster story----i tell you if you want, but it's the same ole story)

just went to vwparts central--camshaft part #a4000-133886 for 2000 beetle tdi--$150.83 FEBI brand. What do u think??

Ive got them in stock. But the dealer price is correct. The aftermarket price varies. Be sure to get cam followers as well.

thanks for all the responces guys--what's with the huge differences in price? from $530 to $150?? should i be worried about the least expensive? they say it's a FEBI (bilstein i think)

That is a good question. So far, I have had no issues with Febi\Bilstein parts, that said, I have not installed one of thier cams in a diesel. Gas yes. No problem. The original is indeed original. Very good quality. The aftermarket? Not sure yet. See if somebody has a few miles on one of these and can report.
