Interest in attending Sturgeon Bay, WI TDIFest
We are gauging interest on who is willing to attend a TDIFest in Sturgeon Bay, WI. We want to make sure that the effort that goes into putting one on is worth the time put into planning and organizing a TDIFest.
If you could also post the distance you will be traveling to attend will help us get a better idea of how far members are willing to travel.

San Diego to Montreal is 3100+ miles and Sturgeon Bay is on one of the possible routes, 2225 miles from San Diego and about 900 miles from Montreal. Anita grew up in Montreal so has friends and family in Montreal. She may fly to Montreal. I will drive to the Fest, then pick her up in Montreal. May head home on the Trans Canada Hwy via Vancouver - then down the Pacific coast again (U.S. 101)

2079 miles is what The Google tells me. That's 32 hours at 65 MPH AVG. That's 2.5 bloodshot days. Hellya.

The distance isn't the issue for me. It's the time off work. It's almost impossible to get casual leave on Labor Day weekend. However I know I'm in the minority on that so if I can make the selected weekend work with my work schedule I'm definitely going to try and make it.
