03 tdi smokey cold start only when pointed downhill

2003 Jetta tdi puts out a lot of blue smoke on a cold startup only when it had been parked overnight pointing down my inclined driveway. If parked overnight level or pointed up the slope there is no huge cloud of blue smoke at cold startup
What are the possible causes of this?

Do you have oil on the intake?

yes I see a pool of oil. see photo. should I be installing something to catch this oil before it get into the air intake like BMW cyclonic oil/air separators as described in http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?p=3497318#post3497318

Thats the highest point of boost circuit, you should be looking at the lowest point, IC.

Oil can come from turbo or crank case, you need to clean everything to find out wheres the oil coming from.
