Where to get OBD II scan tool?

Looking for a scan tool to buy, but all the ones I find don't seem to have the proper end for the VW. Thanks.

C'mon.. give the guy a break.. it took you longer to cut and paste the pic of the search button and draw your arrows than it would have taken you to point him to the Ross-tech or ODBtool websites...
