I saw a TDI CC today in Denver today 9/14/2012

Today around lunch time on south bound US285 (Hamden ave) & CO 391 (Kipling ave) traveling in south west metro Denver today I saw a gold TDI CC with CA manufacturer plate. There was also a gold New Beetle Turbo with CA manufacturer plate traveling with it. They came flying by me then they both exited onto N bound CO 391 (Kipling ave.). My guess they are in testing in the region.

Is the NB turbo on sale yet here in the states??

I hope this means that VW now has plans to bring a TDI version of the CC to the US market.

Very cool... I for one would love to have a CC TDI. My wife and I had one as a rental while in Germany in May 2010. We did 2068km total over a 2 week span , and managed to average 5.2L/100km for the trip. That really impressed me considering that it included everything from being stuck in traffic in Salzburg and Munich, to flat out on some of the un-restricted autobahn sections. awesome car... awesome trip...

Don't know about the TDI CC, but the Turbo Beetle is here. I saw a bunch of them when I bought my T-Reg in August.
