Default MK5/MK6 VCDS lite vs VCDS Full??

I need to order a new VCDS as the person i have always barrowed from is moving away soon.. Which would be more benfit for a Big Turbo build on a 2009?

You do not want VCDS-Lite. VCDS-Lite does not support CAN bus cars and all Mk5 and Mk6 cars use CAN bus communications. You will need either a Micro-CAN interface or (if you want to be able to also talk to older VWs) a Hex+CAN interface.
