Clutch / flywheel question

I am currently running a 21 lb single mass flywheel with a SB stage 2 daily clutch.

I plan to upgrade my clutch when the time comes to a SB stage 2 endurance or stage 3 daily.

I have the opportunity to pick up a 14 lb SM flywheel from a VR6 /G60 setup that was purchased from a reputable vendor on here for a great price. It was never installed as the original buyer decided to go with a 21 lb flywheel.

My previous Golf TDI had a 14 lb flywheel and I prefer it over the 21 lb I am running now in my Jetta wagon.

I just need to know if the 14 lb VR6/G60 flywheel will work with the Southbend clutch?

Your best option here is to call Southbend and ask them. Their customer service is outstanding, and are more than capable of answering this question about their product. I have seen that ID Parts offers a 14lb flywheel option with their Southbend kits. My assumption would be that is a lightened VR6 clutch, but it is better to call either Southbend or ID to make sure.
