DSS pump head

Hey, maybe someone has dds 12.5mm pump head? what the website means dss 12.5mm 4000rpm max.? Maximal speed here or what? maybe you have these, and you talk about?

nope I don't thurst It to use, only oem bosch heads.

4000 RPM max is only a recommendation.
They can withstand a lot more than that.

I am personaly using a 11.5mm unit with 0.280 nozzles way above 5000RPM without any issue and I know of a ASV engine with 12.5mm going till 5500RPM on a daily basis with no issue so far.

And remember those guys running 13mm headpumps on their R5 TDI, it doesn't seem to be a problem. Only with 14mm headpumps on VP engines you begin to fall into troubles because of the cross behind the camplate which has a tendency to break

What you need ( outside the head pump ) to be running 5k + rpm ? All my power drop after 4200 ..stock 10 mm pump. Alh motor

a customer used (12.5mm) 6300 rpm and other customer (14mm) 6000rpm ( no recommended for me ) .

If 14mm pumphead can survive at 6k rpm in daily use you have something special
