Which wheel are better for a stock Gtb2260vk?

6+6 Blades with 64mm extendettip or 11 Blades with 64mm extendettip?

My setup :
1,9 tdi AFN
GTB2260VK
11 pump
0.320 nozzles
stock camshaft
big fmic
76mm downpipe +exhaust

258hp at 2,4bar
269hp at 3 bar

Maybe later a dbilas camshaft

I just ordered an 11mm M-TDI pump myself but im not gonna be on your power level by a longshot, but would you care to share the details on your pump.

Is it a Rover pump? What part number? (the bosch 460-414-XXX) Any mods to the pump?

also curious as to how you are controlling the vanes, ive seen a few different ways of doing it on vwdiesel.net

My eventual setup will be HE221 w/ 6cm housing, .260 nozzles, and that 11mm mechanical pump I just ordered. eventually upgraded cam, when the head gets rebuilt at next timing belt. looking more for like 200-220HP

Yes i see there is a 44.5 /60 ett 64 6+6 wheel
Alot smoke you need more air you need to meausre emp to see when you turbine at max effiencie operate.
Turbine wheel needs upgrade to high emp less flow

from what I've found in most general terms, reading all I can that's freely available

11 blades moves surge line slightly left and narrows efficiency windows slightly, may allow higher PR
6+6 has wider efficiency windows and generally flows more

There's good reason most everything modern has two inducer tip heights. Single height is quieter, but most else seems in favor of the 6+6. Single height is older tech.

no lift pump in your setup?

I have install two liftpumps (0,5bar) parallel.
But very little difference whether they are on or off.

hmm maybe the volume/h is not enough?Iirc in my ex leon, lift pump made a lot of difference in the upper rpm range,with same mods that u have and dbilas cam but less boost(1.9 bars).Lift pump made 1.5 bars.

How much HP?
