Programming new key fob 2010 Treg Tdi

I am looking for directions on how to program a new key fob for a 2010 treg tdi with push button start. I have the proper vcds cable. Thanks

The dealer my have to do that by accessing the factory mainframe with a special code. The chip in the fob and the car computer have to be synced together - along with any other keys.
