Our 3rd grand son was just born and we need something that can handle 3 car seats. So my beloved TDI must go. Bought new in Sept. 2011, it is in excellent condition inside and out. Specs are as follows:

Panoramic sunroof
Frost Proof Engine Heater professionally installed
Candy white with cornsilk interior
26,000 miles

Your price is right, I'm in the same boat IMO that's just the cost of owning/ selling a mor expensive car.
