My son needs a bit of help with his 98 Jetta MKIII TDI, any shops to recommend in the downtown LA area? He is just outside Chinatown but we can have the car towed a distance if there is a good shop more towards the burbs.

Send me a message if you son needs help with his TDI. I own and work on a number of VWs and have many of the dealer tools needed including VAGCOM.

JOMAG in Silver Lake is good. I buy Mobil 1 ESP from IDparts and Mauricio does the oil and oil/fuel filter. He knows VWs very well.
