Fault Codes???

My friend's 2000 gasser Jetta is throwing some codes:

-16595 Secondary Air Injection System
P0411-35- 00 - incorrect air flow detected

00532 - Supply voltage B+
07-10- signal too low - intermittent

Any ideas or suggestions welcome.

He has a month to turn off the check engine light off so he can get plates for the next year.

Is there a Jetta gasser board. . . other than Vortex?

Go to ross-tech wiki and see what they have to say about those DTC's.

Supply Voltage code is probably from a low battery, either now or in the past.

The SAI code isn't uncommon. Check the SAI hoses for any leaks. If no leaks, there are rivets that hold in the SAI pump that tend to fail. Repairing that may fix the code.

I'd start by clearing the codes and see if the codes come back.

Thanks for the replies. I'll clear codes and see what happens. Then HE can check vacuum lines and possibly rivets.
