A/C Servicing

Hello! Changing a RCV on my 2012 . Curious if anyone new the amount of oil the service book calls for. Cant find it anywhere without paying. Thanks

Sorry, didn’t see you were asking about oil...

Just swap it out, you will not be losing any appreciable amount of oil to require adding any more.

The total system fill for the car is 110 cc. I do not have any information that breaks down the [eventual] distribution of the oil throughout the various system components for use if servicing something specific. However, like I said, usually an RCV swap involves maybe a few drops of oil lost, if that. Nothing to worry about.
