Late 3.0tdi and bitdi gearbox types

We may upgrade our current BMW X5 to a later X5, Touareg, Q7, Cayenne, A6 etc.
I really want to stay with the ZF 8 speed but it looks like the later A6 3.0tdi's come with a 7 speed DSG style box??, biturbo looks like it's still a 8 speed ZF unit, I think the Touareg, Q7 and Cayenne is also 8 speed.

I believe touareg,q7 and cayenne have aisin tranny on them.

I think they use the ZF 8 speed box

Older Audi come with AISIN AL750-6Q (09D).

That looks about right, know if we buy another BMW X5 it will have the 8 speed ZF box.
But when we looked at the A6 3.0tdi around 15/16 plate the single turbo has a 7 speed DSG style of box, the biturbo gets the 8 speed ZF.
