2003 GOLF GLS 1.9 ALH Insurance total loss. In VA

Due to high milage and damage cost, my insurance company wants to declare my silver GLS a total loss. 303,000 miles (i've put all but 3 miles on the car). Running, but left front, hood, bumber, grill, headlight, radiator support, a/c condenser all need replaced.
ALL stock, used only for commuting. Timing belt due for change. Original clutch.
