Sip'n Diesel
Veteran Newbie
good question. I have no idea but in 2008 I was under the impression that Speedway always had B11 and in the winter they switched back to straight diesel (the receipts changed from "B11" to "D2" around October/November, IIRC)BTL said:Any idea if the likes of Speedway and Thornton's go to a lower percentage of bio for the winter? Maybe dino? Curious, as that would at least give me another option in the colder months.
Thanks.
since the "labeling laws" or whatnot changed in 2009(?) I haven't seen anything other than the "6-20" labels
I would assume that anyone selling more than B20 would go to a lower % for the winter, if not straight diesel all-together
if you are worried about gelling, I wouldn't be too scared since the bio at those types of places is only B6-B20 AFAIK. if you use Power Service you should be fine as the bottle states it's compatible with up to B20
what B% are you seeing other than the 6-20 stickers?
