Newbie buying a 11 sportswagen tdi advice?

Hey guys,, going to pick up a 2011 jetta sportswagen
It has 49k on the odometer, it is certified pre-owned,
New radio, brakes, tires clean 1 owner carfax, they were asking 12500.00 I got them down to 11,700.00..
Is this a decent/fair deal?? Is there anything I should be aware of?? Any know mechanical issues?? Thanks for all for any input, much appreciated!!

I think its a great deal. Where else can you find a CPO car for that kind of money. We owned a 2011 and drove it to 120k miles with zero issues.

Yeah, I thought it was a good deal, I went to the dealership yesterday and pulled the trigger, it had a loud noise coming from the fuel tank door when i used the remote to unlock the doors, they are going to fix the problem and deliver the car to my door step.. Not bad service.. Excited about my new little oil burner!! I hope mine holds up like your did Kitewagon
