Electrical Problem - Signal lights, Blower, Rear Defroster, Heated Seats

Yesterday the Signal lights, Blower, Wipers, Rear Defroster, Heated Seats suddenly quit working, all at once.

All the cabin fuses are OK, and all battery top fuses are OK.

I have no idea what to check next. Any suggestions?

Those systems are all on the load reduction circuit, which is relay switched from the ignition switch.

Check the Red/Black wire from the ignition switch for power with key on, but not when cranking. If that is good, check the 75X stud under the relay panel. That stud is the output of the load reduction relay located on the bottom row of the relay panel with number 18 or 100 on it.

Alchemist, thanks for the guidance.

I've narrowed it down to relay 100 itself. There are mild burn marks on the side of the relay next to a pin, as well as burn mark at the very base of same pin. It appears the burn came from inside, and it smells burnt.

New VW part # 4H0951253 and is labeled as relay 644

All issues solved.
