No voltage to fuel pump on 2002 Jetta tdi

I've changed the fuel pump but I don't have voltage to fuel pump. I actually have .25 volts to fuel pump. Any suggestions, I've checked fuses and relays and can't locate fuel pump relay.

Actually your ALH doesn't have a fuel pump at the tank (unless someone added it and wired it in by itself)... just the gauge sender, which will only have a small voltage on it. The injection pump at the engine draws fuel directly from the tank.

Perhaps back up a little and tell us what problem you're trying to track down?
