Need some help from TDI top techs on EGR Valve 2 ( N113) Stuck closed 00119 P045F

I am looking for some feedback on 2009 Jetta TDI with a few EGR codes
EGR valve stuck open and EGR sensor 2 inplused ?
Have been on the phone with VAG-COM kind of stuck .
We have tried to do adaption with no luck?

EGR Valve N18 Malfunction

Exhaust Pressure Sensor 2 ( it is new )

P047B
Did do output test before working on it top EGR worked, lowered EGR in cooler did not replaced it with a good one and replaced EGR sensor 2 on the valve cover .
Did let it set for a few days on startup no check engine light and did go through readiness check? After a few startups Exhaust pressure sensor 2 came back?

Hello some one must have a thought on this?
Got one PM on it.
What we think is the 2009 needs to have both sensors replaced the DPF and the EGR .
Possible a design change so on key on it looks at outside air pressure as a basic line?
