Intercooler tube keeps blowing off?

Hey guys I have a 2004 jetta 1.9 tdi bew I had to put a new motor in the other week then got a remanufactured turbo everything is new on the turbo actuator worked good when I put it on now it keeps blowing my intercooler tube off at the intake side down by the intercooler doesn't seem like the wastegate is opening making it go back though the system little help could a mixed up vacuum line cause this?

I would closely inspect the metal tabs on the hose in question.

They do that, particularly as they wear... from doing that.

Good old sheet metal screws fixed mine right up, never comes off now.
