Can i use a hardware upgrade withount remap

Hi, i have a m-tdi with 12mm plunger, 0,280 nozzles, wesgate k03s turbo.
Unfortunately i have to disassembly the engine and sell the car. I will keep all of the power upgrade like a nozzles, turbo, cooler, intake, downpipe...
All of this stuff i think to assembly im daily 1.9AHU but the ECU is not obd flashable. For this car I dont ask for lot of power, just about 150hp.
Will the car run good, if i hook a boost controller before the MAP end limit the incoming boost to 1bar and the turbo will boost approximatly 1.5bar.

If everything is done correctly, it will work, but don't go higher than 1.1 bar on the K03.

Thanks for answer, turbo is not k03 its k03 frame but much larger then OE turbo. It came from Fiat Ducato 2,3 multijet 130hp. Stock boost on multijet is 1,4bar and im my m-tdi is blast to drive. The turbo is brand new and i want to put in my dayli car, also i have a new 0,280 dssr nozzle and volvo 2,5 intake suited for 1.9tdi. I have 11mm plunger which is better to start.
