Hesitation problems...

A4 b7 1.9tdi experiencing hesitations from 3rd gear upwards at 1500-2500 rpm. Feels like I am putting my foot on throttle then releasing repeatedly untill it hits 2500 then takes off. Recently cleaned the turbo and now you can hear it properly while driving but you can hear it spool up around 1500, when it hits 1750 you can hear it stuttering and spooling stopping then starting repeatedly till 2500 then takes off. Seem like it's causing the hesetation any ideas ?

I have replaced fuel filter and air filter, cleaned turbo had a can of bg44k through cleaned EGR and manifold was blocked up so bad car has 90k miles no fault codes

Are the 2 pumps in good nick? Sometimes the in tank pump fails, then later the tandem pump goes.

Pumps both look okay there in good condition

possibly something similar to this. I don't know your car's configuration but it sounds like a similar problem.
