I have a clutch and flywheel out of a 2002 Jetta TDI that I'm trying to sell. I'm pretty sure they're original to the car. Someone asked me if the flywheel was single mass or dual mass. Anyone know if the stock flywheel was single mass or dual mass?

Thanks in advance!!!

The missing finger in the pressure plate is a give-away.
Also don't be concerned about the "missing finger" because there never was a finger there. Some people have asked if there once was a finger there and it mysteriously broke off some time ago. Not the case at all. If you look closely, you'll see the pressure plate spring was designed this way intentionally. I suspect the reason is it was necessary in order to get a tool in there in manufacturing to cut the other spring fingers to the correct shape. It had to be made manufacturable somehow.
