Possible fix for leaking tandem pumps?

Not sure if maybe you guys have already heard of this stuff but apparently some people are using it to seal the gaskets on Tandem pumps. Personally, I wouldn't put a sealant like that anywhere near the fuel system of a diesel. Plus, hard setting compund isn't the right stuff if there are O-rings rather than real gaskets.

I wouldn't use a gasket shellac on anything newer than my Healey. However, I might be inclined to try something like Yamabond. If it can stand up to sealing the cases on a two cycle running leaded CAM2 race gas and castor oil, then diesel fuel and power service should be no problem.

That's the info I was looking for, either, 'this is the holy grail' or this is, as my lawyer put it the other day 'a bucket of sh!!t. ' If it's not the holy grail then I am not really interested.
