Engine stumbles when cold

My 2004 Jetta TDI (PD) stumbles when cold. Right as I ease off the clutch in first gear the engine stumbles severely enough that the car shakes. It immediately recovers and runs fine. Once it warms up to 190, it stops doing this and runs fine.
This has been happening for a couple of weeks.

Any ideas?
