I'm a bit confused.... you put that damaged sprocket back on without a new bolt?

The bolt is single use. You get it from the dealership, or any legitimate parts place. It absolutely WILL fail if not replaced, that's probably why your sprocket was damaged previously.

Last time I ordered that bolt from the dealership (couldn't find the new ones I ordered) , I had it the next day.

Personally, I'd have rented a car rather than reuse that bolt, but that's me.

If/when you replace the bolt, I'd pull the sprocket to check for new wear.

I called my dealership with the part number N90577101, theyll have it tomorrow and it was only 5 bucks. I'll get it on this weekend and torque it correctly, thanks again.
