CA WTB TDI ~10k

To be specific Im looking for a 2000-03 VW Golf GLS 4 door 5 speed TDI. But my odds are low so Im really looking for any TDI with 4 doors and manual transmission.

Please help me out with any links or sightings you find. I sold my gas guzzling truck, so now I need a car.

Year, manual, title? Etc

2001 or 02, I forget which year, with 134k miles with a failing 01m auto trans. I will be doing a conversion and can put the clutch of your choice along with a chip tune and/or bigger injectors. Has a new timing belt, brakes, a/c compressor and expansion valve, lower control arm TT bushings, with a clean and clear Texas title. I think it even has new tires. Silver with, I'll have to look at it again, black or gray cloth interior, GLS 4 door model, pretty sure it is gray interior. I can get you picture and colors of items I'm unsure of now if your interested.

What's your asking price? Any additional info would be great.
It can be registered in California correct? I've never bought out of state before.
