Interrior question

I have a 2004 golf tdi with a sunroof. I have cloth interrior thru out. The cloth door panel are becoming loose from the backing. What year models golf and Jetta are interchangeable with my 2004 golf?

If it's a 2 door Golf, then 1999.5 - 2005 (maybe 2006 MK4)
If it's a 4 door Golf, then 1999.5 - 2005, front doors from Golf or Jettas.

If it's a 4 door, there are some variations to the very top section between Jetta sedans & Jetta wagon, so it's possible there's a difference between the top sections of 4 door Golf rear door cards & Jetta sedan rear door cards.
